On the 3rd Annual triathlon training camp for my triathlon club (my second one), we headed to Tuscany, Italy for a week of swimming, cycling and running. Of course, it also included eating lots of pasta, pizza, and ice cream, and drinking lots of wine and prosecco. Even with all the exercise, I'm pretty sure I gained weight while there.
I could bore you with more details about the trip, but I'll spare you. It was such a fun time to hang out with some great people. So of course, we had to make a music video...
